Lindsay Fraser

Evelyn studied Architectural Building Engineering at BCIT and has 4 years of experience working in building engineering. Melissa Sawatsky
Melissa brings a wealth of administration, communications and creative writing experience to the team at Rent it Furnished Realty. In addition to her information management and office administration skills, Melissa has earned a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of British Columbia. She brings much value to our team by creating our new listing ads and supporting our marketing strategy, PR and advertising campaigns. Melissa also supports our Real Estate Sales office.

Todd Gray
Todd is as passionate about Real Estate. He is an experienced, award winning Realtor, Residential and Commercial Rental Property Manager who brings a wealth of knowledge to our brokerage. Todd has been managing properties and overseeing financial aspects of real estate investments for over 8 years. His understanding of construction and hands-on property maintenance is of great value to our Rental Management division. As the Managing Broker at Rent it Furnished Realty, Todd also oversees our sales, leasing and property management divisions.
