This area is zoned as both commercial and residential meaning that if you worked out of here you could write off a portion of your mortgage. This building is currently shared with Lawyers and Chiropractors using it as their offices. The building has roof top patio with breathtaking views of the North Shore Mountains, ideal for barbecues or social gatherings. Your stay at L&#8217;Ateilier includes access to all building amenities including the common barbecue area. This building is Pet-Friendly and street parking is also available.
