Out onto the balcony there is a BBQ as well as a lovely wrap around patio couch with plush cushioning so you can relax for hours in the fresh air. This stylish 1 bedroom furnished condo rental at Ginger is situated in an ideal location within walking distance to the downtown core. Nearby is Gas town that offers an eclectic mix of fabulous boutique shops, restaurants and bars. Yaletown is also close by in case you are in the mood for a chic upscale lounge bar. Ginger offers  an elevator for your convenience, secured bike room, and a party room for booking. Included in the cost of rent is basic cable, electricity/Hydro, internet, wireless internet, water and hot water with a utility cap of $80.
