Licensed Realtor - Luxury Leasing & Investment Real Estate Sales
Rent It Furnished is the leading provider of Luxury Rental Properties and Full Property Management Services across Canada. We are currently looking for two exceptional, sales driven leasing agents to join our Vancouver Leasing and Investment Real Estate Team. Strong Sales skills, some leasing experience, especially in luxury rentals, and an active BC real estate trading or property management license is required for this role.
*Realtor & Leasing Agent - must be licensed in BC for Trading.
The successful candidates will be working with a very busy existing portfolio of luxury rental properties for which he/she will be providing Tenant Placement Services, Trading services and upselling existing clients to full Property Management services. You will not be providing property management services. This is a sales position with a lucrative compensation structure including a Salary, monthly Commissions (trading & leasing) and Bonuses - expected minimum income is $75,000+ in the 1st year with incomes to surpass $200,000+ for experienced sales professionals providing leasing & trading services to our clients.
You will be responding to incoming leads, meeting with clients, showing beautiful and sometimes very exclusive residences in a very fast paced, exciting position. We have strong and consistent lead flow, a large book of existing business and a lucrative compensation structure based on growth in both leasing and trading services.
This is a fast paced environment supported by an experienced, hands-on managing broker where technology compliments a small but high performing sales team in a specialized service offering.

What you will be doing:
·You will be managing a busy pipeline of incoming leads (owners and tenants) while supplementing your listings & inventory with outgoing business development activities in trading, leasing and PM Sales.
· You are expected to meet monthly listings and revenue targets . You will be servicing leads, bringing on new listings, facilitating lease-ups, trading transactions and upselling full property management services.
· Your role will include business development activities including the cultivating of your own leads, cold calling, referral management and social media engagement.
· You will be bringing on listings, working with and showing rental properties to buyers and tenants for long- and short-term rentals and managing the performance of a junior agent assisting you in these endeavors.

Your first-year income expectations are $75,000 to $150,000+ depending on performance and experience.
