Broadview Lofts

68 Broadview Avenue, Leslieville, Toronto
- Built in 2006
The Broadview Lofts were once a Rexall pharmacy warehouse. Known for their massive windows with iconic sharp, black trim that blends so well with the building’s industrial style, this Toronto loft has garnered much praise and a second place Pug Award for best residential building. The loft conversion added extra levels composed largely of glass while preserving many of the structure’s historic elements, including the cage elevators and a rooftop water tower.
The Broadview Lofts not only feature plenty of the concrete and brick that buyers expect in hard lofts, but also come with plenty of historic wooden beams, which lend warmth and character to these units. The building’s original floors were also preserved, giving the units dramatic ceiling heights. Amenities include common rooftop deck, security guard, and a party room.
