RCMI Condos

Built in 2014, this 42 story features a vintage ground floor facade from which a chic narrow building sprouts. Found right by University and Dundas, the centrally located RCMI gets its name from the Royal Canadian Military Institute which was this buildings former identity. Up to LEED standards, the RCMI is energy efficient and does not include a parking garage.
