Bordered by Yonge and Queen East Streets, the St. Lawrence Market area is an important district of Toronto’s “Old Town.” Beautiful Georgian-style buildings are home to offices and converted lofts, while the area’s row homes sit close to community centres and schools. The proximity of St. Lawrence Market means fresh produce, meats and cheeses are a stone’s throw away, while the area also houses many delicious dining spots and cafes. This district was the original settlement of the Town of York, and includes landmarks such as George Brown College and the Flatiron Building.
