Priscila comes to us with 15+ years of real estate experience, starting her career in Mexico at a very young age and achieving great success with her first sale being a luxury property. When Priscila moved to Canada, she enrolled in school and earned a Diploma in Real Estate, which included four certificates (trading services, property management, investment, and construction).

When Priscila took her trading services exam, she achieved the highest mark on the examination that year, and her success led to a magazine article in the Langara College magazine. Priscila’s first sale in Canada impressed everyone around her as she managed to sell her first property as an off-market listing over a weekend for more than the asking price.

Her background in real estate is bolstered by a PhD in Finance and the courses she is taking as she works towards her Certified Property Management license. Highly skilled in coordinating teams and contractors, Marina has a proven ability to optimize property management activities, improve customer satisfaction and grow revenues. When she’s not busy matching owners of luxury properties with their ideal tenants as a Leasing Specialist, Marina can be found spending time with her very active five-year-old boy, reading, swimming and travelling.
