Having managed a property portfolio valued at $2.4 Billion dollars and negotiated the buying and selling of multiple properties over different asset classes, Simona is the Realtor you want on your team in any high-value real estate transaction. Her background in real estate is bolstered by a PhD in Finance and the courses she is taking as she works towards her Certified Property Management license. Highly skilled in coordinating teams and contractors, Marina has a proven ability to optimize property management activities, improve customer satisfaction and grow revenues. When she’s not busy matching owners of luxury properties with their ideal tenants as a Leasing Specialist, Marina can be found spending time with her very active five-year-old boy, reading, swimming and travelling.
