This bright studio apartment is an open concept 560 sq ft bachelor apartment with access to fantastic building amenties including  concierge service, a bike room, and common room. For guest enjoyment, a perfectly stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, while a high top table for two creates an intimate dining experience. Designed with   large windows throughout, this cozy studio offers stunning water and city views. Just off of the kitchen, a comfy living area is complete with a sectional, coffee table and arm chair, and is perfect for entertaining or just kicking back. A low wall in this  area separates  the  bedroom and adds privacy.  This bedroom nook boasts the same polished hardwood floors and  a cozy queen size bed and side table. Down the hall, a luxurious bathroom features a soak tub and a separate glass wall shower for a touch of luxury.  This Coal Harbour  Furnished condo rental at The Qube is found in a great location close to tasty restaurants and great daily amenities. This suite is available for a flexible term lease with a 2-5 month minimum at a rate of $2,595, 6-11 months lease would be $2,495 or an annual lease of $2,395, all of which include a one time move-out cleaning fee of $195. Your rent includes internet, netflix, cable, water, and electricity/hydro with a utilities cap of $50 a month. Parking is available at an extra cost of $100 a month and maid service is available for an extra fee. There is an optional $200 move-in fee to be paid to the strata if the tenant requires to book the elevator. Rent it Furnished provides full property management services in Vancouver.
