<p>This Gastown Vancouver furnished condo rental at the Smart building is a stunning 1 bedroom and den suite with upscale interior decor and a unique open floor plan.  In the living area you will find a large couch sectional with matching ottoman, where you can sit back and relax in front of the flatscreen TV. The living area also features a  wall with sliding glass doors, which lead out onto your private balcony overlooking a quiet, inner courtyard.  The kitchen area is  fully equipped with all appliances, sleek cabinetry with plenty of storage space, and tile back splash.  Two areas have been set up for your dining pleasure. Nearby the kitchen you will find a wood finished oval table with seating for 4, while alongside the window you will find a lovely table with seating for 2.  The bedroom features a large bed with immaculate linens, and bedframe, bedside tables, plenty of lighting, and a large mirror. This bedroom is separated from the suite by sliding door panels so you can further extend the open plan or enjoy a more private space. In the hallway outside the bedroom you will find plenty of closet spacing with built in shelves, and mirrored sliding doors.  The chic bathroom features a large mirror with overhead cabinet spacing, a large basin sink with bamboo countertop, and a dual soaker tub and shower unit.  In suite laundry has been included for your convenience.  This suite had the added benefit of a den, which you can use as additional storage space.  Building amenities at The Smart include use of its fitness center, and meeting rooms. This Gastown Vancouver furnished condo rental is located in one of downtown Vancouver&#8217;s most trendy areas with plenty of upscale lounges and restaurants, unique boutique shop, and within easy walking distance to several parks and seawall walkways.
