Much of Grandview-Woodland is made up of heritage houses (many of which are subdivided into apartments) and older low-rise apartments. There is some new development happening in some areas with newer condos being built and slated to be built. Much like most of East Vancouver, this neighbourhood has many tree-lined streets and is home to people of many demographics and age-ranges.
