The unit is flooded with light thanks to the over-sized windows with south exposure which can be enjoyed from the living room. Located at The Hub, you will have access to a Bike Room and Common Rooftop Patio. A large selection of stores, restaurants, bars and coffee shops are found within walking distance along Main Street. The Kingsgate Mall, Mount Pleasant Community Center, Save-On Foods grocery and Shopper's Drug Mart are found a few blocks away. Your rent includes 1 parking space, in-suite laundry, unlimited internet, water and hydro/electricity with a monthly $60 cap. Pets may be considered and a $200 move in fee is charged by the strata.
